Pre-paid simulator hours are redeemable for the service specified and may be used anytime. Hours purchased in a series will expire 180 days after date of purchase.

Pre-paid sim hours are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Useful info regarding golf clubs and golf balls:
Players are welcome to bring their own Golf Clubs.
All golf clubs must be clean prior to use on the simulators.

House golf balls are provided, outside balls are prohibited! The provided simulator golf balls are 2 piece Pinnacle range balls. Premium Titleist Pro V1 simulator golf balls are for available for purchase on site!
